Elena and Euro Parovel are the two siblings of the Parovel family who run the family business both in the production and sales of wine and extra virgin olive oil.

Elena Parovel Vini TriesteBorn in Trieste, she has always lived in Caresana, native village of the family in the north- east of Friuli Venezia Giulia, San Dorligo della Valle-Dolina. Elena Parovel is a Slovene mother-tongue Italian and now manages the business side of the family company. From her childhood onwards she has always been very involved in the family business which she now leads following family traditions with her brother Euro. She loves her land and her borders along with her family. She has a great passion for the excellence of the products of her land: wine and extra virgin olive oil. Elena's a lust for life and loves travelling to meet new people. The love and the desire to share her passion in a broad sense are the two pillars of her life.

"Since 2000 I've been chairing the Committee for the Development of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Trieste. This position as in many local associations is a free service devoted to the growth of the territory and producers through the promotion of the product".

Within the company she has recently embarked on a project of social farming, for the integration of disabled children into the world of work. Her hobby: life. Elena is naturally enthusiastic, eclectic and curious. She loves reading books upon social themes, go shopping with her daughter, playing with her dogs, baking bread, spending hours talking with friends, auto racing and relaxing in the sun during the summer sunset.

Euro Parovel cantina vini TriesteOften in the vineyard or in the cellar, Euro deals with the production of wines and extra virgin oil. Born in Trieste, he has always lived in Caresana, he's a big fan of his territory and viticulture. To him the vineyard is an energy accumulator that can be found in each glass of wine. He's particularly sensitive to the topic of environmental sustainability and natural cures that allow the vineyard to produce healthy balanced fruits that are an expression of a territory, his territory. Naturally, in Euro's opinion the perfect wine does not exist, because everyone interprets it in his own way between the vineyard and the cellar.
