The first production of extra virgin olive Parovel with the Protected Designation of Origin "Tergeste" was produced in 2006, selecting the olives of the native variety bianchera 100% , under the label UL'KA Tergeste DOP. In 2018, a blend of 40% bianchera, UNICO Tergeste DOP was added to the Tergeste DOP Parovel extra virgin olive oil range.
