Other pics from the travel Elena is doing in China in these weeks. Here we are at Jing'an Temple in Shanghai ( chinese 静安寺) that literally means Temple of Peace and Tranquillity. From late 1200 it is located on the West Nanjing Road(南京路) main shopping street in Shanghai.
Elena is promoting the family business Parovel and all its products and brands Barde and Mackè in one of her many trips. Now she's in Shanghai and she's a lover of exotic food, like Chinese dumplings eaten strictly in the Taiwanese chain restaurants Din Tai Fung known precisely for handmade dumplings. The small meat dumplings served with beef broth are absolutely to taste.

Donne del Vino (eng. Women of Wine) celebrates 27 years of activity. But did you know that 21% of Italian entrepreneurs are women? More than half of businesses run by women are younger than 15 years and every five companies three operate in tourism as bars and restaurants. The association Donne del Vino i.e. Women of Wine promotes the presence of women in the wine world, organizes events and awards for telling the active role of women in the Italian wine business.
Elena Parovel is also a member of this important association.
The Historical Association of Donne dell’Olio (Women in Olive Oil production), founded in 2000, is constantly striving to promote a culture of quality oil and it is committed to do so with a series of lectures aimed at a general public or those who want to deepen the matter.
And in Milan, at the headquarters of Osa, the permanent school of olive oil was presented. In terms of education, there is still a long way to go. Without a preparation that starts from a correct view, consumption of quality products will never be possible.
