Today we are at the Circolo Generali with a special tasting of our Vitovska and Terrano Vinja Barde involving Ginger once again with its very special savory cupcake. To mark the occasion will be Elena Giuffrida, one of the two souls of the renowned bakery shop of Trieste, that will explain their preparation together with Elena Parovel.

Cocktail IAL

Thanks to the collaboration with the tourist section of the  IAL Trieste, Sunday, May 25y, in conjunction with “Cantine Aperte/Open Cellars” at 11:30 and 16:00 at the c of Bagnoli della Rosandra Boljunec 624 in Trieste the young and promising Manuel Cerin and Michael Nugnes, fresh 1st Prize at the “Cocktail for your Health” organized by IAL and AIBES (Italian Association of Barmen and Supporters) will offer tastings of cocktails prepared with Refosco Vinja Barde, sparking wine Kamje and the olives bitter liquor E2P.

Osmiza esterno

How many were you yesterday? We lost count! We're exhausted but terribly happy for those who have come to visit us yesterday, May 1st, to end our Spring Osmiza. The winery now has a rest but will reopen in a few weeks with "Cantine Aperte" (in English "open cellars"). Thank you all!
